Stopped in to check the place out because they advertised bison and alligator meat. Smaller than I expected but took home some alligator jerky that was delicious. Wish I would have bought more. They even sell turtle shells, heads and claws if your interested.

Wonderful place to get some local food to snack on and wildlife to cook up. Great staff and beautiful building with historical displays. Great cheese and dips along with gator jerky and more! Have been a couple of times and looking forward to going back!

Not many places like this anymore. Fresh fish from the river right into the smoker. Turtle meat and smoked catfish are just a few items. Many other fish to choose from. Worth the drive and many motels in area to stay at.

Lots of great smoke foods!!! Good cheeses and you’ll find all sorts of odd souvenirs. They have some samples out so you can try them. You can even find snapping turtle meat!

You have to see this store. Photos of monster fish paper the walls, many caught by owner Mike Valley. Rare products, including fresh smoked fish. The cheese selection is wide, and Thursday afternoon is when you can get squeaky fresh cheese curds! Look for Classic...More
