Very safe for the kiddos and perfect for all ages. There is a toddler side and one designated for bigger kids. The best part is that it's gated in with only one entrance. Makes it a lot easier to contain runners!

This place is terrific for young or older kids and kids with challenges. It's huge. It is the safest play set I have ever seen and we've been all over. It's fenced in, so I don't have to worry if my kids are out of sight for a moment or two. It has a soft surface, instead of sand or wood chips. There are many fun things to play on that you won't find anywhere else.

This playground is built in my hometown for every child regardless of physical limitations. It is a specialty playground for the handicapped as well as a playground for the average child.

Fabulous playground for kids from 18 months on up. Large spaces, varied activities, opportunities for children at all ability levels. Separate area for the younger children. Works on a variety of large motor activities and interest levels. Has one entrance so a parent can make sure a young one does not leave without notice. Rubber base to break falls. Area has picnic area and bathrooms close by for lunch. Food is not allowed into the playground to protect those with allergies. Located in Upper Lake Park, just off downtown and along the lake. Swimming nearby. Lots of parking available. And it is free.

This is a wonderful playground for kids, and even better now with bathroom facilities nearby. There is tons of greenspace for a picnic. The views are great too!

Sectioned off by age so smaller kids have thier own area. Swings, climbing, sliding and many tactile / small motor skill items on the periphery for kids to play with. Adjacent bathrooms (real bathrooms, not porta potties) and several covered picnic areas adjacent as well. Clean, well lit, and police patrol frequently.

This place was amazing!!! Yes, there was the typical playground stuff, but there was a board that was teaching sign language and lot of things with steering wheels (my granddaughter's favorite!!) It was the first time she was ever in a mommy and me swing and she loved it!!! Both her mother and father took turns on it with her and the size of her smile was so worth it!! There are sand boxes and rock climbing walls, both big and small. Same for slides. I love too how there were many signs all over saying "Come play with me" so it wanted parents to climb and play with the children.

Can we bring our dog and have him at a picnic table with my husband while I bring my son into the park?
Written May 22, 2018
Yes you can. Dogs do not even need to be leashed -- the picnic tables are actually around the playground itself.
