Shipwreck Explorers is a scuba diving charter operator based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin offering day trips around the Great Lakes. We provide excellent customer service on board of the custom designed dive boat Molly V. We are explorers looking to take you to new dive destinations and new shipwrecks. We welcome recreational or technical, CCR or OC, seasoned as well as beginners divers.

You are guaranteed a great experience. Jitka knows the best wrecks in the Great Lakes. Also, her knowledge of diving gear will assure you to have a safe dive.

I've been using Shipwreck Explorers for over 5 years now and the best part is Capt Jitka's enthusiasm for the shipwrecks in the lakes. She's an avid tech diver and knows a lot about the wrecks in each lake. Molly V is a good good, fast, and great benches to get suited up on and a great dive ladder! I highly recommend!

For the last 4 years I've used Capt. Jitka (Shipwreck Explorers) for technical charters in Lake Huron and Lake Superior. Jitka provides excellent rebreather support and her boat is well equipped for technical diving. The Molly V has a fantastic wide rung ladder, carolina rig with equipment lines/deco station and surface supplied oxygen hung at 20' with LP inflators to plug in off-board gas in an emergency.
I am looking forward to another 2 weeks of diving in the Great Lakes this season with Jitka and deco (the dog/first mate)!

Shipwreck Explorers is a great charter service based out of Milwaukee. Technical and CCR-friendly. Capt Jitka is an experienced technical/cave diver, which brings a wealth of knowledge to the boat deck. She strives to know as much about her divers so as to be able to cater to their experience, whether novice or technical. She has helped me develop my craft of technical diving.

Jitka and Deco run one of the best charters I’ve had the fortune to be on. Her focus is on Great Lakes Shipwreck dive charters and fully supports technical, CCR and recreational dives across lakes Michigan, Huron and Superior. On her expedition trips to some of the more remote locations Jitka is able to support gas needs including air, Nitrox, Trimix and O2 fills. I’ve been on many of her charters and plan to be on many more.

You don't have to be a tech diver to dive with them,,depending on the wrecks depth,but you do need to be an advanced diver,I've dove with them a number of times on the milwaukee car ferry and it was very enjoyable,Jitka is extremely skilled,knowledgable and friendly. I always wanted to go up the u.p. And dive the mackinaw wrecks but work didn't permit,then I retired and moved to the Philippines for warmer diving,good bye to my dry suits.

Had a couple of great dives with even better folks. I'm going to make this a tradition. Milwaukee has some of the best shipwreck diving in the world. Just be ready for cold water.

I have been diving with Shipwreck Explorers for five years now. I prefer little things, like the proper angle of the ladder. The Carolina rigging, gets you under the water and out of seas and weather. Nice benches to prepare your gear. In water oxygen for your safety. An excellent knowledgeable captain and support crew. World class Great Lakes diving.

Jitka is very knowledgeable about the wrecks in the Great Lakes. She makes sure all divers are taken care of on her boat, and had the best ladder on a dive boat.
