Our group of nine friends thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Mike. His knowledge and appreciation of Milwaukee were readily apparent. When he stopped at points of interest, he always checked to see if we were interested in getting out, and we always were! He showed us well-known places as well as places we would never have found on our own, all of which we found fascinating. A great tour with a wonderful guide!

Mike is a fun, down to earth guy making a living entertaining us beer lovers. I’m a Milwaukee native and took the tour with my man, and it was so much fun! He’s funny and a regular family man earning a living doing what he enjoys. Beer and more beer. You will not be disappointed with this one. Check it out!

This tour starts at City Hall under the clock tower. Tour started right on time and group was small about 10 fit on shuttle bus.
Mike was an excellent guide pointing out sights and providing short history. He gave the right amount of information without talking the whole time.
We saw the Bronze Fonz statue, Milwaukee art museum, Miller Park, North Point lighthouse, Pabst mansion,
The Domes, Bradford Beach and much more.
We visited Clock Shadow creamery to taste cheese and see where it is made and we also visited Lakefront brewery for a tour and beer tasting.
Tour was 3 hours long as stated on website.
Restrooms can be found at art museum and brewery while on this tour. Highly recommend this tour of Milwaukee.

I found Untapped tours on TripAdvisor just over a week before my scheduled trip. I work in tourism and know how tough it can be to please all of your visitors/ patrons. I was blown away by all of Mike's positive reviews and knew this was the way to see Milwaukee.
I went with my husband, his parents, and his aunt and uncle. After a last-minute flight cancellation, we had to call to push our tour back a day and Mike said it was no problem. It was pretty easy to find where we were supposed to meet, and while we were waiting we got to get to know our fellow tourists. When Mike arrived, he jumped right into tour-guide mode but also made you feel that you've been neighbors for years. It's a very fun and informative tour. You see a whole lot of great sites - and he makes sure to bring you to 2 local businesses, which is really important. DEFINITELY have the cheese curds at Clocktower. They are hands down amazing.
Mike, thanks for a great tour and a great time in Milwaukee. The city is now #1 on my list of places I would rather live than NJ.

Wanting to see Milwaukee and not sure exactly where to go we came upon Untapped Tours. Mike was very personable and showed us around the city with enough information to intrigue us and not too much to bore us. Keeping the tour to a smaller size was delightful and kept the tour manageable and enjoyable for all us. The stops were great and after the tour we were able to visit some of the places we saw more up close and personal. We recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Milwaukee and its sites. Planning on taking lots of pictures we recommend to sit on the drivers side of the bus

We really enjoyed the tour. It was a great way to learn about and see the city. We really enjoyed the stop at the park and Lakefront Brewery. The stop for the cheese tasting was a not great. It was just a few different cheeses at this little shop. It wasn't a formal tasting. The tour would be better if they left that out.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed our walk in the park and our private tour at the brewery. You are correct in that our stop at the creamery is not a formal tasting, we prefer to call it a "sample". We find it unique because it is one of the only urban cheese factories in the country. Thank you again for coming on board!

The trip began "okay"---and went down hill from there. The sights seen and history provided weren't really outstanding. We made a few stops and looked around---then the AC on the bus quit working---it was in the 90's!!! I couldn't wait until it was over!!

We are saddened and disappointed to learn that you had such a negative experience on our tour. We do everything we can to make sure that our vehicle is running in a safe and efficient manner so that each guest leaves happy. Unfortunately this did not happen for you and we apologize. Please know that we immediately took our bus to the mechanic to have this issue resolved and will continue to have regular maintenance performed for the safety and comfort of our guests.

It was perfect! Tour guide was knowledgeable, patiently answered questions, served as group photographer, recommended good eateries and additional activities - he was very accommodating. Comfortable bus, and we were shown many sections of town/ neighborhoods, landmarks, explained the history or significance of each. The walking portion was at a comfortable pace for all attendees. We were able to tour, taste, and the entire experience was pleasurable. It's the best way to see Milwaukee. I visited alone and this was enjoyable. I would recommend it for a single person, couples, friends, or families. I will visit again with my family this summer and plan to bring them along.

Is this tour pet friendly? Have a 12 pound dog and can keep him in the stroller.

Yeah, I'd call them. I know they only do one tour a day and only if the tour sells out then they consider doing a second tour. The guy is really nice. I'm sure whatever suggestion he gives, is probably what you should base your tour date on.

Thank you for contacting us. Right now we are scheduled to reopen for the Spring season on March 3rd, 2017. Depending on the weather we may open earlier but it is too early to tell at this point. I would recommend checking our website for up to date availability as we get closer to that date.

There's certainly nothing inappropriate. The tour finishes up at the Lakefront Brewery. Children are allowed in as long as they're with a parent, and they get a free root beer instead of the adult beverage.
