We had read about this little museum on Tripadvisor and decided to check it out. It was really a nice museum. A lot of the items I remember my Mom or Dad talking about and some I had actually seen or used as a child....More

I had never heard of the Chudnow Museum until yesterday morning when I was looking for a place to visit with an out-of-town guest. Up popped the Chudnow for $6 a head. How could we go wrong? This gem is going to be my go-to...More

I'm glad you did find us and your very complete review will help others find us too. We've only been open for a half dozen years but have a larger online presence. Mr. Chudnow was both eclectic and specific in his collecting as he liked...More

Very interesting find - cool exhibits- very nostalgic- I guess they change up some exhibits also, so next stop could be different. Very enjoyable.

Since you visited us two weeks ago, we've already changed two exhibits and usually slow down doing that during the busy summer. Our social media is the best place where we will update these changes. Thank you for taking the time to review us!

I really enjoy this museum. The collection of artifacts is rather amazing. Viewing the consumer products, newspapers, furniture, and political signs from the years between the wars has a way of taking you to that time, even if (as is my case) you never lived...More

We are glad you could share your trip with your daughter. It is quite fun to see how the different generations relate to different aspects of our past. As our curator says, "women could do stuff too", in our past history. Did you know two...More

This was on our, if we get a chance list, but due to weather it became a stop. What luck, it was amazing. The curator was our tour guide, take the guided tour option, and he was amazing. Mr Chudnow collected over 250,000 items and...More

Glad you were able to make our museum a part of your itinerary! Steve just changed a small window exhibit to comic books and our hardware store reflects eras of washing machines now. The other worker at the museum has been there for 19 years...More

WOW! Extensive collection that transcends you back in time. Step back in time to what Milwaukee was like during the 1920's to 1930's. I especially enjoyed the movie room. Well worth your time.

I may be partial but vintage Milwaukee certainly was fascinating for us history people. Thank you for spending some time in the past with us!

Wonderful that we were able to give you an enjoyable experience. About every two months we change around an exhibit so we might see you again soon. Thank you for give us a viewing and telling others!

What a great place to visit and remember times in the past. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided many interesting facts and details about things I heard my older relatives talk about. Well worth the time and money (which was nominal).
