We come up every year for Irish Fest and it is so wonderful to have it on permanent grounds like this. It really is a jewel right on the lake in Milwaukee. We've been to German Fest and Polish Fest as well, but Irish Fest will always be my favorite as they use the most of the grounds and offer... More

This is the best location for festivals - along the lakefront, clean rest rooms and great food. The venues here are great, easy in and out.

One thing Milwaukee really has going for it is the festival grounds by the lake. Nearly every week during the summer, there is one ethnic festival or another being held here. I attend Summerfest and Irishfest every year and am never disappointed. The price, the venue, the stages, the volunteers, the location, the views, etc. are all OUTSTANDING. I wish Chicago would take a lesson from Milwaukee on this one - it can't be beat!

Summer fest is one of Milwaukee's greatest attractions. No one has a better festival! There is music for everyone no matter what age you are. The food is worth waiting in the lines for. You will meet people from all over the world. I had the opportunity to work as a bartender for a few years and the experience was... More

In a summer of festivals in Milwaukee, this is clearly the most fun. Everyone's an Irish native for this big gathering. The music is terrific from one end to the other. Huge crowds, small pub crowds, it's all good entertainment. My wife likes the Hedge Row School for its history and the shopping is endless. There is hurling, Curraghs, dogs... More
