About
A great way to see and experience the Brew City. Our Pedaling Pub Crawl Tour's takes you on an adventure through the scenic and historic Third and Fifth Ward's of Milwaukee. Lots of water views, old buildings, and of course lots of water holes to stay hydrated. Our Bar shaped group bicycle fits up to 16 riders. It's always Happy Hour on our patio, drink specials set up at all stops. The typical tour makes 3-4 stops along the tour. Sound system on board coupled with the adult beverages will keep you fueled as you pedal. You can rent the entire bike out or if you have a smaller group join a Public Pub Crawl($25 a person Sun-Thursday, $30 Fri, Sat). Tours Launch from Steny's Tavern. BYOB! Runs 7 days a week March 10th-November 6th.

We had a great time and our guide was great at . We asked to spend more time pedaling and less time inside bars. He made it happen. Remember you cannot bring glass bottles on board! I am sure this is listed on the website, but I wish it would stand out more so we remembered.
It was a little odd that pedal tavern sent me (the group leader) so many emails/texts making sure all of the guests signed the waiver; but when we checked in; if guests didn’t have the email confirming they signed the waiver, they had them sign a paper waiver there. About 1/3 of us ended up signing the waiver twice (online+paper at check in). If it is that easy to sign the waiver at checkin; maybe they shouldn’t have pestered me so much about everyone signing the waiver online ahead of time.

We celebrated my sister's last Declaration of Independence for her bachelorette in Cedarburg. Our peddle tavern guide, Luke, was the perfect hype man, overall person, and knew exactly where to take us to keep us on theme. The tour is beautiful, the bars are all really unique and the people were incredibly friendly. I would recommend the Cedarburg route to anyone looking for something unique outside of Milwaukee.

Our group has done the pedal tavern for the last several years. This was the first year we scheduled it on a Monday (due to scheduling conflicts). We were disappointed that a number of the establishments were closed & more than that, the food truck & bar at the start of the route & the food truck stop during the route were both closed. We do understand that some of the bars are closed on a Monday but it would have been good to know about the food trucks being closed in advance of the event so we could have eaten prior or planned another night. We won’t plan a pedal tavern for a Monday again for this reason.

Had a great time. Enjoyed bars we have never been to and our driver Jessica was great. The time frame was just right. We live in Oconomowoc so it was walking distance for us. If you have 16 people the price is reasonable for everyone.

It was so much fun! Pedaling was a bit harder than expected - maybe add a small motor? Either way, our group was large and Kyle made sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of options of places to stop. Bar staff at the places we went were welcoming and gave us quick service. We’d definitely do it again! Thanks!!!

I recently did the Milwaukee Pedal Tavern for my bachelorette party, and it was so much fun riding around Milwaukee with my girls! The best part of our experience was our guide, Shamus. He was super nice and made our ride so much fun! He was very knowledgeable about the different bars and let us be flexible with where we wanted to go. The weather was excellent on the day we went as well. I highly recommend creating a ride playlist, because you can plug in your phone and listen to music on your ride! Overall we had so much fun! I will definitely do another one!

This was such a cool experience! I would recommend to everybody who is looking for a good time in Milwaukee! Being able to play our own music was a plus! Our guide was great and it was evident he wanted all of us to have fun and took us to bars I have never been (because we did not have a preference on which bars to go to). Highly recommend!

We had a blast! Us 3 “older” adults met 6 “younger” adults who were there on a work team outing. Add our driver Bentley to the mix and one couldn’t help but laugh and have fun! Bentley was fun and courteous! We look forward to doing this again!! Thank you Bentley!

We had soooo much fun on the Pedal Tavern! Our driver Joey took us to 3 great spots and was a great sport in addition to steering us safely along the streets of the 5th ward. I highly recommend Milwaukee Pedal Tavern. Take 15 friends along and have a blast like we did!!!

I booked this for a birthday party for 16 of us. From start to finish we had a great experience. I spoke with Sara about changing my reservation and she couldn't have been more helpful. Our driver Joey, was funny, entertaining, and super friendly. He took us to some really awesome bars that we absolutely loved! He walked us in to each bar, gave us information about each place, and did a great job at keeping us informed with how much time we had left before we had to get back on the bike. I would highly recommend the Milwaukee Pedal Tavern! I cant wait to do it again!

Can we bring a few 19-20 year olds or does everyone have to be 21?

I believe you have to be 21 because you have to bring an ID with you to get on the pedal tavern.

Yes we always leave a tip because the driver is always very helpful and we appreciate his service to the max.

Yes. They do have "random" tours as well. Which would mean you get paired up with other people so they can fill the entire pedal tavern.
Still need to make a reservation though, as they don't run those unless there is demand for it.
