Went for a bridesmaids day and had a spa pedicure and a Relax Me 60-minute massage. I would say that the pedicure was definitely overprice ($65). It was not any better than the $25 pedicure at the tiny nail salon near my house. I would NOT recommend a pedi there. Go cheaper! I was going to give the spa a... More

I went for an early Mothers' Day Pedi/Mani. I had a very nice person do a good job on my pedicure, but fail miserably on the manicure. The receptionist who was taking care of my billing could not think for herself and continued her process like a robot. I'd expect more from an alleged premier spa. What upset me is... More

While I did not stay at the Pfsiter, I did stay at a nearby hotel. I was able to walk to the spa. I spent a week and a half in Milwaukee for work and was extremely stressed. This was what I needed. The girl did a wonderful job with my nails. Everyone was extremely nice. I wish I would... More

The cozy spa is tucked away on the lower level of the Pfister. I went in a for a waxing service and it was the most gentle and relaxing experience I've had - A+ to the Well Spa - will definitely be back.

I am a pretty serious fan of this place. Personally, my favorite spa is Sundara because I love the free bath rituals, but since this is downtown, I have to say this is my fave Milwaukee spa. You are treated to complimentary drinks and light snack on arrival. The waiting room is nice and comfortable. The service suites are AWESOME... More

My husband and I are staying at the Pfister, which is an amazing hotel. I needed a mani/pedi bad but was somewhat skeptical of overpriced spa services at hotels. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad that I did. The spa is very nice and the service is top notch. I have to say I... More

I regularly get gift certificates from Spa Finder and I was excited to try out the Well Spa at the Pfister. From the moment I walked in it was a wonderful experience. Not realizing you check in upstairs, I had wandered downstairs. I was greeted by a woman who never led on that I made a mistake, instead she offered... More

OK, let's establish props: my fav spa is at the Four Seasons Hulalalai. So I'm not against paying top dollar for top service. That said, Well Spa is charging top dollar for good, but not great, service. The lounge is only so so, though they do offer free champagne and mimosas, along with water, tea and a small selection of... More

I was excited and anxious to share a couples massage with my wife for our third wedding anniversary. It was nice, but fell short of the level of quality the Hotel Pfister delivers. Our appointment was on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted nicely at the counter and led downstairs to fill out some forms (as would be expected). In the... More

If expensive. They let you stay afterwards (though not in a room) with fresh fruit platter, almonds in the waiting room. Everything was as we requested.
