Nice tour of the regional pizza factory. On Friday there were in clean up mode so no production going but still worthwhile. $7 includes pizza and soda which was very good. Wasn't aware that they make some off brand options for other companies including Walmart. Also nice Italian style lobby.

Had a great time on the Palermo Pizza tour. It's a quick tour, about 45 minutes. The price is right. $7 for the tour, pizza and a soda. The kids liked the production line. The tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative was that our family group was paired with a daycare so we listened to "cheese is... More

Great tour to see the automation and speed of making pizza. And, you get to sample it too. Only takes 1-1 1/2 hours. Learn about how the company started

Making the reservation was easy online but it was confusing about selecting what package. It would be nice to see a picture of what came with each package. Tour was simple and great view for anyone to see. It would've been nice to get a personal size pizza at $10. Price was a little pricey. Pizza & store was great!... More

Thanks for the feedback, Pahoua. It sounds like you had a nice time at Palermo's Pizza. Most folks are happily surprised with the size of our gigantic slices that come with our tour packages (slices measure 4"x6", hand-stretched pan pizza with a medium thick crust), but we will certainly take your feedback into account. Thank you for visiting! More

My son loved going here with various day cares, summer camps, school, and his youth sport club. They enjoyed getting to see behind the scenes as well as getting to eat pizza at the end of the tour. We also like to go in there probably several times a year to buy pizza directly at their small little restaurants or... More

Took my 4 grandkids (ages 4-9) on tour. Enjoyed every part, each segment was packed w/interesting tidbits of information. Interactive w/questions and allowing kids to ask questions. Short video was well done and again, informative. (I now want to find and try all 33 sauces.) Viewing the factory operation helped to put the information into action. Very proud of the... More

As an end-of-year troop party we took our Brownies to the mini-tour and pizza making event. They had a fantastic time; and the staff at Palermo's was very accommodating. Our parent chaperones probably had as much fun as the girls did. We will definitely recommend this as an outing for the other troops at our school.

My kids still talk about this trip and mention it! They didn't just get to eat pizza, but learn more about how food gets to their table. The tour guide was so enthusiastic she kept the kids entertained and focused. Michelle, the tour coordinator, listened to our needs as a combined 4 and 5 year old classroom/Lutheran school and perfected... More
