This started with $12.00 to park and then $14.00 admission ($40.00) for a couple to park and go in. I thought the large air conditioned building at the entrance/exit with gift shop and snack bar was nice with the blistering heat. From the very start it was confusing in which direction to go, and then we were impressed by how... More

A medium sized zoo that covers all the basics. A nice place to spend an afternoon; especially with small children. I hadn't been to this place in 20+ years...I remember it being so much bigger and cooler than today's experience. Surprisingly a lot is still recognizable. Don't get me wrong they have a wide assortment of all the major mammals... More

Couldn't have timed our visit any better. Big storms and threatened blistering heat scared away the crowds, so we had the place to ourselves. We spent over 4 hours leisurely walking the grounds. The animals were amazingly active for such a hot day. Nothing like having the cheetahs and tigers 2' away from you. Lots of Q & A opportunities... More

Stopped in for a day while visiting in Wisconsin. Terrific zoo with lots to see. Easy wandering walking paths throughout the zoo, so a great opportunity to get some steps in while learning and seeing new things. I really enjoyed the fish house, particularly the display of fish native to Lake Michigan. There was very little of the zoo we... More

Great time at the zoo! Our 2 young boys really enjoyed the zoo. We rode the train and spent most of the day there over 6 hours. Was not busy at all

The last time I was at the zoo was in fourth grade. I'm 29 years old now and have been wanting to go back for years. I finally found a friend that wanted to go too as an adult! We went early in the morning and had a blast. The price is reasonable but there area a few extra attractions... More

We went to the zoo with our 4yr old grandson. The zoo is extremely clean. There was so much to see and do with a young child that he never got bored. The train ride is a must do activity. Lots to see for people of all ages.

I have traveled the world and seen a lot and the Milwaukee Zoo has lost its novelty. It is basically the same zoo I have been going to for 35 years. It needs something new and not just a zipline for kids at an additional cost. I was a bit turned off that the bug exhibit was not part of... More

The zoo is not just for children. We are older adults and enjoy walking around and seeing the animals in very beautiful habits. Each time we go, we see something new and you never know which animals are going to be the star entertainer of the day! Taking the grandchildren with adds a very special treat as I get to... More
