Not only a beautiful park but a beautiful building. We ate our lunch in the park outside and got a great view of Lake Michigan.

We had some time to kill in Milwaukee so spent an evening at Veterans Park. There is ample parking, lots of open space for picnics or frisbee, and a nice path for walking, biking, or running, with beautiful views of the city skyline.

Being beside the lake on a nice cool summer day made me want to move to Milwaukee. I absolutely loved being close to the lake and having such a nice park to run in. Lots of people running, walking their dogs and just chilling out....More

Fabulous place to go walking around the lagoon, fly kites, rent bicycles, and enjoy a picnic. This park is an excellent place to watch the Fourth of July fireworks.

This park is not too far from the art museum and the downtown area of Milwaukee. It's right on the lake and affords gorgeous views of the lake. Lots of folks use it for walking and jogging.

This area is near the downtown area of Milwaukee. The place is large and there is plenty to do, so plan on spending some time here. The area has great views and is well maintained.

We walked around the lake, admired the Vietnam War Memorial and the MacArthur Statue, and saw ducks. You can also rent canoes and pedal boats, and fly a kite. There are boat cruises, a pier, and a marina nearby.
