These stores are wonderful, weird, and just plain fun. They offer an odd variety of items. If you need a glass beaker or a german cannon periscope this is your store. They also have odd items on display, like their own museum of weird. The prices are very fair and where else are you going to have a selection of 30 plus-sized rubber corks?

Well worth the 20-minute ride from downtown, this warehouse of weirdness will give you an opportunity to stock up on beakers, test tubes, gas masks and lab coats. Archie McPhee-cum Army/Navy store-cum chemistry lab!

This place is great- clean and friendly with things you don’t even know you need till you see them on the shelf. Funny description cards and cheap. Get your gifts from here and buy something for yourself and your significant other.

Read about this place online and stopped by during a recent trip to Milwaukee. Lots of science-related and non-science related items here. Magnetic flash lights, toilet bowl-shaped mugs, electrical kits from the 1960's...lots to see here! Plenty of novelty items. Glad we stopped by, kids had fun exploring this store.

This store had everything for the tinkerer. I'm pretty sure you can make a space ship to mars from stuff from this store. You can spend hours walking around. Something great to do when the weather is bad. You won't leave without finding something you never knew you needed.
