You will love walking here along Lake Michigan. The cliff offers a great view of the lake. They do offer playground set and a baseball diamond

I bike a lot and found this park to be a nice place to stop and rest. There are indoor toilets and drinking water available. The view on Lake Michigan is great.

No you can not, there are signs "Please keep off bluffs" . The ecosystem is very fragile, with constant erosion.
