The beach in Lake Geneva is well groomed and maintained. Workers are out early in the morning to groom the sand and prepare it for the beachcomers. Lifeguards are also present and the beach is safe for small children. Places to eat are within walking distance to the beach, so the whole day can be spent near the beach. The... More

The beach is a great place to bring family with lots of shops and restaurants near by. There were lifeguards on duty as well as markers for deep spots. It costs money to swim at the beach and there is absolutely no shade on the sandy part so bring a blanket and umbrella. The water was a nice temperature (in... More

Crowded, expensive to get on, especially if youv'e got a gaggle of children. $7. for adults and $4. for kids. Lot's of sand throwing. Everything in Lake Geneva went to automated boxes that you stick your credit card in. I dislike it now and rarely go there, as you park, have to find a box meter, figure out your spot...I... More

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and it was packed. It is very small not much room to do any watersports or fun activities on the beach, but the location is great in central Lake Geneva. Parking was also hit or miss. We had a better time at Fontana Beach a few days later. Much more room.

The beach here is small, but it is clean and great on a cold day. The water in Lake Geneva is crystal clear and is spring fed, so very enjoyable on a warm summer day. The beach is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do. Great location.

Pay to enter beach front, almost no shade available apart from a few trees at the far end. Water we expected to be cold, and it was. Swimming limited by a line of buoys, and unpleasant weed on the lake bottom beyond them. Still, it was a refreshing dip on a hot day.

You need to buy a ticket outside the beach entrance, but I feel that helps control the amount of people that end up going. It's not expensive and parking is only $1/hr so you won't end up paying an arm and a leg for a fun day out with the family. The lifeguards are watchful and the bathrooms are right... More

We didn't go on the beach. There is a lot of grass around the walking path with large trees for shade. We walked to the marine area/ boat house and there was lots to see.

Ideal beach visit. Though it is small, we were still able to find a nice spot to lay out a blanket and some chairs. The beach is monitored by watchful lifeguards and kept very clean. You can bring a cool in with drink and food or there are a ton of restaurants to take a break to. We left our... More
