I live in Lake Geneva and find myself taking the lake shore path for granted. Whenever we have company, we take a stroll down to the path and head into town. Our guests love it and that's when I take pause and appreciate my hometown...More

Wear comfortable walking shoes. Well kept path with beautiful scenery. Some rocky places and some uneven spots but nothing too hard to manage. Very easy to turn back to go back to where you started.

Fun walking path with beautiful views of Geneva Lake. One small issue may be, if you can't walk on challenging paths, this one can be challenging in spots. Also, these paths are on private property, so please respect the homeowners that allow you to use...More

My husband and I have hiked this trail a few times and always find something new. The houses and lake are beautiful sights while getting in a good walk/hike.

I believe that walking the lake path is one of the best ways to "see" and experience Geneva Lake and the towns that surround. If you don't have all day, you can always walk from any town or park along the lake for small parts....More

I’ve done the full path a couple times and love it. Make sure you are stocked with water and snacks but you can refill at fountains scattered. It does take a toll on the legs/feet so bring some ibuprofen to take the edge off (terrain...More

I believe there are playgrounds around the path near the lake, but the path itself might be challenging for a 2 year old. It also might not be that warm up there at this time of year. It is definitely less than 2 hours away.
