Clean rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant food OK and prices are fine too. One thing surprised me - bottle of water for 2.50. This is bit steep

Very nice water park with plenty of room for parents watching their young kids playing. For older children and teenagers it is soon over.

This was a surprise stay for our two granddaughters and they could not have been happier or wetter or more tired by the end of our two day stay. Lifeguards are everywhere one looks and they are very observant and tight to the rules, which was very comforting. The place is well maintained and clean for all the traffic from... More

On July 1 I had planned a day with my family (grown children and grandchildren) at the waterpark. I was walking slowly on a main stretch of pool pavement when my front foot went out from under me. I began to do the splits but fell sideways as I landed and cracked my head on the pavement. Needed stitches and... More

Nicely maintained facility. No strong chlorine smell like you find in some water parks. Tons of tiny tots here! No carry-in allowed, so you either pay the prices at the cafe in the park or leave for lunch. By no carry ins, I mean not even a sealed water bottle and bags are inspected prior to entry. There are a... More

This is the third time we have gone with our grandsons and their parents. It was the first time we've gone when we were able to swim outside as well. We had a great time. The outdoor areas could use some shade/umbrellas. Our two bedroom suite was very nice although the carpeting was pretty dirty/sticky.

We stayed at the Grand but had waterpark passes we used on our last day. Entering the complex, I was so thankful we booked our rooms down the road as the environment is much more refined/peaceful, but the kids probably would've had more fun at this hotel. We've been to a handful of waterparks- some pluses were the complimentary life... More

We asked for a received two room with connecting doors. The property, rooms and water park are great. We really enjoyed this portion of our 3 night 4 day stay. Unfortunately it went downhill from there when we went to dinner at the Grand Cafe. Crazy Waitress - For your own safety stay away form this place. Clearly under new... More

We've been here a few times over the last couple years. It's closer to where we live in Chicago's Western Suburbs than driving up to the Dells. It's a little older and needs some updating, but it's small and easier to relax and watch the kids who are 7 and 8 yrs old now. We don't have to worry about... More
