Good place to sit and view the river. Not much else to do there. Feeding the ducks is optional. Part of the path was closed due to ice/snow.

Nice place to sit back and relax. Plenty of walking trails. Plenty of people fishing during nice weather. Lot of older couples walking around. People like to sit around watching the tugboats go by.

Riverside Park was a good place to see the Mississippi River close up. Nice views of the river and the double bridge. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy.

As I recall, I did see a dog being walked on a leash on the sidewalk. I don't actually know the rules but I'm sure they would have to be kept on the sidewalk as not to soil the area where people sit and children play... More
