The staff was friendly and the boat ride was nice, but we were disappointed with a couple of things. We went on the pizza tour and as we left on the cruise, there was no explanation on how the cruise was actually going to work, other than how to get the beer. Eventually something was said, but well after we had left port. Also it would have been wonderful to have some narration about the area, such as history and what we were actually seeing. My wife summed in up this way, "It was just boring!"

We met our son in LaCrosse and took the cruise. It was very nice, pretty, some wildlife (turtles basking in the sun). Our narrator was good. We did end up waiting for the Amtrak to come through before the railroad bridge would open for us, so long that we missed Lock and Dam #7 but that was ok.

A great way to see the river front, and relax on the Mighty Mississippi. The sightseeing cruise offers a nice narration of some local history. You get a chance to see the railroad bridge, and even a lock and dam! Definitely recommend, and I will be back for a food cruise on another visit.

Celebrated our 40th anniversary by doing the Saturday night dinner cruise. The food was great and the trip was very nice. The music was a little too loud and not real good.

It was a beautiful day to be on the river. The boat was clean, food was OK the service was excellent. The only downside was our tour guide who was supposed to share the history never shared anything. He was asked several times and he said no because we were a private group with our own speaker. Which was not true
