Learned to downhill ski here in January 1983 on an IL college ski trip--as chaperone. Great place to learn since the easy runs are friendly and helpful for beginners or those of us who want to retune our intermediate skills on easy runs. The intermediate...More

Nice place to ski if you are near La Crosse. The hill is on the steep side, even some of the green runs. My son is a beginner, but can handle most blue runs with minor difficulty. We thought the upper part of mileway felt...More

I love mountain skiing, but I live in SW Wisconsin. I ski Mount La Crosse to stay strong until vacation takes me to the Rockies. Decent skiing, and a nice group of folks working there.

I have always enjoyed going to Mt. La Crosse. We are lucky to have it in our area. They have good viewing areas to watch the skiers coming down the hill. Workers are very helpful with your needs

This is a nice ski hill for the Midwest. Do not expect any double black diamond runs, but for the location, its a nice place. The lodge is clean and well kept.

So thankful for a great place to ski in the mid-west. Our whole family enjoys - with many different levels of skiers and snow boarders. They keep up their facilities and it is family friendly.

Great spot for downhill skiing with great views from the top of the runs. Mt. Lacrosse has one of the highest vertical runs in the state. Easy to get to.

Mt. La Crosse is a family friendly, fun mid-western skiing experience for all ages. You don't want to go on race weekends because it gets very crowded. Good food and bar as well.

What are you asking about "the location"? The ski runs are located just on the south edge of LaCrosse, WI. There is a nice casual chalet with food and full equipment rental.
