At Breathe, we provide infrared sauna and dry salt therapy services to those seeking a natural approach to support their health and wellness, as well as those looking for a day of relaxation in our wellness spa setting. Our mission is to inspire wellness, to help people live their strongest, longest and best life. We do this not only through our wellness services, but also by connecting with our clients to support their goals, as well as engaging with and giving back to our community. Both our services and relaxing atmosphere are great for reconnecting with yourself, a partner, the whole family or friends. Infrared saunas can be shared or booked simultaneously with another person. Our Family/Private Salt Room offers a kid friendly salt therapy experience, complete with sand toys to play in the Himalayan salt on the floor! Our Meditation Salt Room is great to relax with the benefits of salt therapy alone, with a partner or group!

Finally got to get in for a 45 minute session in the infrared sauna or should I say saunahhhhhh... very relaxing experience with their piped in music (or BYO) and the color therapy lighting complete with an explanatory chart so you can pick which color suits your needs. Since it was my first time it was set at 135 degrees but I ended up using the keypad to punch it up to 140 after about 15 minutes. I took advantage of the mini fridge which was stocked with essential oil infused cold wash cloths and enjoyed the Breathe blend as well as later on, a peppermint one. A nice addition to the sauna experience. The entire environment at Breathe is welcoming, calming, and non-judgemental.

Breathe Salt and Sauna is truly a one stop shop for both healing and wellness! The Salt rooms are beautiful and relaxing. The saunas are perfect for detoxing and also feature chromotherapy and a red light tower! Not to mention the facility is meticulously cleaned! 10/10. I will return as soon as possible!

Breathe is such an amazing experience. The health benefits of salt rooms/booths have helped me greatly! The relaxation time is fantastic! The staff is always accommodating and helpful!

Options of services are numerous, and the rooms are created in lovely designs.
Unfortunately, my experience was a little disappointing.
In the 45-minute salt room, the fan blower was making all kinds of different sounds. From whirring to high pitched muffled squealing/grinding noises. Therefore, not relaxing. Then the last 1/2 of session it felt just like a blower since I could not feel or taste the salt. And I even sat in the chair right by the blower.
The attendant stated that the noises were the different phases of grinding of the salt. Understandable but, still not relaxing!
In regard to not feeling or tasting the salt the latter part of the session, the attendant stated I had become acclimated to it.
(I have been to other salt room businesses since and have not experienced such).

Breathe is such a great place to get away and relax. The salt rooms are amazing and really helped with my asthma! They have a sauna that is great to just relax or to help get rid of those bad toxins in your body! Such a great place to go to get away for a bit! The staff is very informed and super nice!

I had been here once before for a yoga class held inside the large salt room but never had been in my own booth. I took a chance on the salt room as I felt a cold coming on and had pretty bad sinus pressure. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by the smiling staff and brought to the private booth. 15 minutes later, sure, my pants were coated in a fine layer of salt but it was relaxing as I focused on my breath and did nothing. The noise of the salt mist being dispensed was a bit loud especially given the setting and then there was another guest in the booth next to me so I heard theirs too. Probably not controllable so I understand.
I can't say walking out of there I felt any different but that night my sinuses were really acting up and the next morning I woke up with no sore throat or sinus pressure! Will definitely try the sauna sometime soon and hope to see this business continue to thrive by providing wellness education and options.
