I've been going to Rosehill Garden several times each summer to supplement the many flowers I already have from Rosehill and have never been disappointed. The plants you buy there are very hearty and healthy and I don't think I've ever lost a plant that I've purchased there.

Rose-Hill was so fitting for us seeing my Grandma Rose was along and we discovered her fern leaf red peony. We found a yellow bleeding heart for me :). I couldn't agree more with the previous reviews, Leo is an amazing person and so kind and extremely knowledgable to all his plants. There are so many new plants I've never seen. It was an enlightening afternoon and I can't wait to go back! Thank you.....

First visit here; was very impressed with the quality of the plants and the way they have the full grown versions in the gardens. All are labeled and displayed very well. Had a nice visit with the owner, Leo, who was kind and very helpful. Bought more than I had planned, and will certainly be buying there again in the future.

This is a lovely place to visit - so much more interesting than a Box Store! You can see most of their offerings planted right on the grounds. I was looking for specific and unusual Heucheras I'd read about in a magazine, and I wasn't disappointed. The owner is very knowleagable, and showed me how one species had different color leaves depending upon how much sunlight it got...and of course, since they have them planted in situ, it was easy to see the color variations.

This is in the vicinity of the Green Bay Botanical Garden, so if you're traveling and visiting gardens, this is worth a stop even if you're not looking to buy plants.

This small nursery is willing to educate and not just sell. We were going to purchase a hybrid lily and the young woman informed us that it would not rebloom. This allowed us to make different choices. She worked with us as we chose, sent pictures and returned for more purchases. the gardens are stunning and well labeled.

I loved visiting this place! Not only is it situated in a very pastoral setting, but, whether a novice or experienced gardener, there is so much to glean from how the plants are demonstrated, sited, and viewed, as well as being available to take right home for planting and provoking ideas for combinations in your own garden. It is like a botanical garden and perennial nursery in one! I drove from Western Racine County as I had been told of the many unusual specimens not found elsewhere. I took many home and found them to be the most healthy and well rooted plants I had ever worked with. I plan a May trip again this year!
A very worthwhile destination!

great place to buy perennials and get ideas as to how and where to plant. Lovely demo gardens. The owner is low key but gives great advice.

If you're looking to purchase some perennials, this is the place to go. Leo has helped out a friend of mind with soil problems that she had. You can also take a class to make some flower containers.
