Bay Beach is a one-of-a-kind amusement park in our opinion. The price of rides is EXTREMELY reasonable and there is something for everyone from the wodden roller coaster that Elvis rode to the bumper cars.

No admission or parking fees. Tickets are 25 cents apiece and each ride costs one to 4 ticket each. The most expensive ride is the Zippin Pippin roller coaster which costs 4-25 cent tickets ($1.00). We bought $40 worth of... More

If it rains hard, rides are stopped but there is plenty of other playground equipment for kids. Plus the wildlife duck sanctuary is right across the street, which is fantastic place to visit.

July 4th Lambeau (1 Reply)
I am planning on driving from MIL to Green Bay the morning of the 4th. The goal is to tour Lambeau and then eat at Curleys. What do you think the wait times will be given its a holiday? Also, plan to stop by Bay Beach Amusement Park....is it crazy on the 4th?

Sorry for the delay. The wait time shouldn't be too bad. Lots of people actually head up north (yeah, further north of here..) for the long weekend. The ones that are left like to hit up the fireworks and bands downtown. That will be the biggest draw of the 4th. As far as Bay Beach, it will be the normal weekend crowd (i.e. parents with kids, lots of picnics). If you're planning on staying overnight in Green Bay, I'd do the downtown fireworks and festivities. It's a lot of fun.

I haven't been to the Bay Beach amusement park since my kids were little. Now I want to take my grandsons. Do they still have that splash pad area? I want to know if I should bring a towel and change if clothes for them. Thank you

I checked with a friend, the wading pool's been gone for a while. She said there are some new rides. I didn't see it on the map either, so I figured it was gone.

Family day trip on Saturday. (4 Replies)
My family and I including 3 kids ages 3,4,6 are planning on going up here to visit the Bay beach amusement park. We're traveling from Racine. I was hoping and looking for any advice, tips about the amusement park itself. Can I bring in drinks and food? Also how long will I spend there. If not all day. What else is there around the area for the family and I to do. Kid related of course. Thank you for any kind of feedback and time anyone is, willing to give

The Bay Beach amusement park sounds like fun. Is it something you would do more than 1 time?
