Visited here because the Apple Creek Resort had a coupon for $5.00 off an order over $25.00. I met Neil and am VERY impressed!!! He is very personable, down to earth, with a great knowledge of his products and how they're made. They have very very good olive oil to sample, but I recently bought about a gallon from Italia,... While in Door County a couple of weeks ago, my friend brought me here...........oh, my...........she said "I knew you would like this place". She was right. The 25 year old balsamic vinegar was excellent. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I tasted the Italian Olive salad, I was a goner. Like Arnold.........."I'll be back!!!!!!!"

I am never without a bottle of their Balsamic Vinegar in my pantry.....and I get stingy with it when I'm down to just one bottle. It is great as a salad dressing, marinade for chicken, or making a divine Balsamic cream sauce. For many years now, it is the only Balsamic I'll use. Buy some, you won't be disappointed.

I stopped at the Oilerie and was amazed at the variety of oils and balsamic vinegars they offer! Love that you get to try any that you want, along with tasting some of their other sauces and candies. The staff is engaging and fun, with just enough helpful information. I left with a vanilla olive oil, which I'm looking forward... More

While looking for places to shop in while in Door County in late November we noticed the "Open" sign and are so glad we did. We had seen the episode of Shark Tank that featured The Oilerie from Fish Creek- this was it- how cool! The manager, Neil, is a true expert on olive oil and balsamic vinegars. He had... More

While making my annual stop to replenish my 25 year balsamic (which is incredible), the manager, Neil, encouraged me to try a few new flavors. We talked about food and he shared a favorite recipe, jotted on a post it. A week or so later, I heard from a friend that she'd stopped in to oilerie and chatted with the... More

The 25 year old balsamic vinegar and the traditional extra virgin olive oil are staples in our house. The best!

Awesome place to check out. Picked up the 25 year balsamic vin. Great flavor. Everything I tried was good to go along with historical information. Must see.

I have been going to Curt's for many years, even though it means a three hour trip. Hey, any excuse to go to Door County is a good one! I have done tastings at other shops and liked them but prefer the flavors, helpfulness of the staff, and refill policy of Curt's. Oh, and the almond olives!
