My wife and I recently attended the play The Hollow. It was very enjoyable. The actors/actresses did a great job. We were both very entertained and engaged in the story. The gardens around the theatre are fun to walk around in and the seating makes for a very relaxing setting. Buy your tickets in advance. The place filled up quickly.

I cannot imagine Door County without Peninsula Players Theater in A Garden. Of course Door County is unique in all of America, and Peninsula Players is one of the experiences that contribute to Door County's fabulous reputation for scenic beauty, great supper clubs, and an overwhelming array of art/music/performance opportunities. Many years of never being disappointed with an evening at... More

As first timers, the staff was exceptionally helpful. Directed parking and gave clear instructions as to where to go for the will call. The performance and atmosphere was great. We had a rainy night, otherwise we would have stuck around and checked out the beach afterward.

I stopped in to visit friends who are working there and what a treat! The place is gorgeous, has Equity actors (Broadway league folks) and the shows are great. Spend an evening in the beautiful place and enjoy the show!

Peninsula Players is one of the most beautiful setting in Door Co to enjoy a first class professional play. They take great pride in choosing plays for everyone to enjoy. Love the murder mysteries but all are first class players. The Garden grounds are lovely to enjoy before the play with a glass of wine. Always a bonfire at intermission.... More

I have been attending Peninsula Player productions for over thirty years and in the past would easily award the evening a five every time... until last week. My husband and I attended a performance of the season opener, Chappati. We enjoy theater. We enjoy serious theater. And, I must first say the acting was excellent. This is a two "man"... More

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy CHAPATTI. Our goal each season is to present five very different shows which will touch our audience members in different ways. CHAPATTI was first produced as a public reading two winters ago and was so well received by the audience that they were asking us to fully realize the show into... More

Best outdoor theater experience! Come early to get a drink and sit in the chairs to,watch the sunset then enter the theater where the rows have plenty of space for people to walk by you and the seats are not cramped feeling like most theaters. If the weathers nice, they raise the walls and the breeze is relaxing as you... More

Went to see a show here (Dial M for Murder). Performance was good, but I was blown away by the experience. Theatre is located on the water. Offers a full outdoor bar. Intermission had a huge bonfire going. Weather was perfect so the side walls were up. I had a surreal experience watching the live performance while watching a sunset... More

Thank you for the kind remarks. We are thrilled you enjoyed DIAL M FOR MURDER. I was pleased that you referred to your visit as an "experience" as we work hard to make a night at the Players an encompassing experience...from your arrival to your departure. We hope to see you by the bay in 2016! More

We totally enjoyed their production of Nunsense! Very funny. Great voices! The venue is wonderful and can be enjoyed in any weather. On a sunny day with a good amount of clouds, arrive early to enjoy a swing overlooking Green Bay and one of the best sunsets that you will ever see!

My wife and I went to this very funny and entertaining show recently. It kept moving along with songs and great acting to a packed house. One actor in particular "Dirty Bob" kept us in stiches with his facial expressions and jokes. Great way to spend an evening in Door County, just buy tickets a day in advance.
