This beach is part of the state park and is a favorite of the campers in the park. The beach has shallow water far out so it's safe. And if you forget anything there is always the camp store - which has everything campers need, but forgot to pack.

The only reason I didn't give excellent is the beach wasn't that big. It's a very popular beach. With that said there are changing rooms, bath rooms (real ones that flush & have sinks), & shower rooms. There is a store, concessions, & a playground as well. Plenty of shade in the grassy areas & picnic tables. Park entry for... More

Part of the beautiful Peninsula State Park between Fish Creek and Ephraim. There is a nice size beach, rental paddle boats, a boat launch, a camp store with some food, and nearby camp ground. Great for families.

Very small; not worth the time. Large picnic area just not enough tables for all the people looking for a place to enjoy.

This is a nice little beach tucked away inside the state park. It is not the expansive, white sand beach you see in a place like South Haven, MI on the lake side, but it serves its purpose well for a beach day on a hot day in Door County. We visited here twice and enjoyed our time relaxing in... More

Nicole Bay Beach is very nice and has lots to offer. Many families use the beach and it fill up by 11:00 on a nice summer day. Souvenirs, showers and concessions are available. You can also rent many different kinds of small boats and water toys; such as paddle boats and canoes.

We bike to the beach everyday we vacation in Door Co. Find a picnic table under a tree, bring or purchase lunch and relax with a great view of Eagle Harbor. You can rent bikes and kayaks. They even have a WI FI hot spot if you just have to be "connected". Nice beach for little ones. Very shallow and... More

We stopped at Nicolet Bay Beach on an unusually hot day in Door County. The beach is your typical beach...sand and cool water with lots of families lounging about. It's not as big as most beaches we are use to visiting, but there was plenty of room. The best perk was that they rent paddleboards, water bikes, etc.
