Overview
More
Plum Loco is a sanctuary that provides a permanent, loving home to a variety of farm animals (including ponies, horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs and geese). Visitors may pet our animals and purchase pails of mixed grain and fresh carrots for feeding. Safety instructions are provided. One of our most popular features for families with young children is our Play-Farm Village - a child sized community of authentic buildings - fully equipped fo hand's on imaginative role play. Children may spend hours playing in the farm house, barn, general store, 1950's diner, country vet clinic, and more. Adjacent to the Play-Farm Village, visitors may relax or picnic in our cedar log gazebos or enjoy a variety of giant sized board games or lawn games. We are open 9:30 - 4:30 daily from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day (closed Wed). In fall, we are open 9:30 - 4:30 Sat & Sun from Labor Day thru mid-Oct. All hours are weather permitting - so please call ahead if the forecast is questionable.

Really nice people run this place. They left me use their sunscreen for free (we forgot ours). Gave nice instructions regarding safety before we fed the animals. They have an adorable set up of a "play town" with toys and such to play with. Then...More

Eclectic place with animals-- great for small children. Things to climb on and a "western" village to play in. Admission charge for all. A slight walk from parking to the attraction. Many insects so have the mosquito repellent ready.

We brought our 2 & 4 year old boys here and they had a blast. Plum Loco isn't as well known as The Farm, so as a frame of reference I will compare to it. Admission rates are about the same, Plum Loco has discounts...More

Spent 2 days in a row just enjoying the farm with the grandkids. They loved it and I loved being able to share it with them.

A fun place for kids to explore, play, and feed the animals. We took 3 grandkids who had a great time and didn't want to leave. Best for kids between 2 and 10.

We stopped here on our first day of our vacation. Glad we did. Our Granddaughter played for at least 2 hours. There was plenty of things for her to do.

This is a great place to visit with kids. You can feed and pet various animals in a well-organized farm. The fee is reasonable for a fun afternoon.
