The market has been around for quite a few years and continues to grow in size and quality. Great vendors and high quality produce.

It's fall and the vegetables in season are at their finest at the farmers market. Parking leaves a lot to be desired but once you find a spot, the trip is worth it.

This is the best farmer's market that you can find in a town the size of Eau Claire (not huge, but definitely not small, either). The variety is great, the quality is high, and the prices are fantastic. Not surprisingly, there are vegetables, fruits, and flowers galore, but what I really love are the stands where you can get eggs,... More

I no longer live where a garden is possible, so this is the next best thing. There is a good variety of fresh vegetables, nicely displayed and clean. There are many different stands to choose from, so you can browse and then choose where you want to purchase. They are open different days at different times, so it makes it... More

We got up early to travel 4 hours to get there before they closed at 1. Got there they only take cash, most places. No ATM anywhere after my husband literally walked for blocks to find one. Then we are told we could buy these tokens that "everyone takes" ok. Get back to the opposite corner. Pick out my flowers... More

While in town for a couple days of R&R, my wife and I stopped by the Chippewa Falls Farmers Market while waiting to check into our B&B. Since we were going to be away from home for several days it was more of a visit than a shopping trip, or so I thought. Along with the usual large variety of... More

A good selection of vendors offering local vegetables, flowers, baked goods, crafts etc. The market is riverfront and is in a covered pavilion. Allow some extra time to stroll along the river.

Bring a reusable shopping bag and some sunscreen. I love our local farmers market. It's usually accompanied by various arts and craft stands too. I always make a stop at the Bohemian Ovens stand and grab a couple cinnamon rolls when I'm done!
