Had to print some documents, and staff were very helpful, with no problems that I'm an out of stater. Otherwise, the usual problems with Wisconsin libraries, as there's no designated quiet area, however the 2nd floor is MUCH quieter.

This library is really keeping up with the times. Of course they have books and magazines but they also have computers and a lot of new technology. They have programs to bring people in and meeting rooms for groups. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Seeing that the L.E. Phillips library is the ONLY library for a city of 69,000 people it could have better hours. The library only opens at 10am on weekdays and closes early.
