The Toy Shop of Eagle River offers power-sport equipment for sale or rent. We feature: ATV, UTV, Jetski, Pontoons, Boats, and Snowmobiles as our line-up for rent or sale. We are also proud of our repair department where we can service your power-sport equipment. We continue to offer Winterizing, Shrink-wrapping, and Indoor or Outdoor Storage. Currently we are on Spring Thaw Hours and are available for off hours by appointment only. Have A Great Spring!!

We rented a pontoon boat for a full day on the eagle river chain. The process was easy, we could have booked online but chose to go into the business personally. The staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable. The day of the rental from the office to the person who gave us all the instructions about the boat very knowledgeable and friendly. Would do it again.

Rented two waverunners in August. Called to make the reservation and completed all the paperwork online. It was very easy and organized. We picked up and dropped off but they offered deliver for $200. The waverunners looked brand new and ran fantastic. We will definitely rent again.

I rode a rental from the Toy Shop in mid January and the machine was in beautiful condition. The rental process was an easy process and the staff answered all my questions. After a full day of riding and a fill up I turned it in with no problems.

Let me be very clear that there was nothing wrong with the boat that i rented. It worked and my family had a nice time out on the chain. The issue is with the manner in which this business talks to its customers. Rude , curt and arrogant are three words that come to mind. I will never rent from them again and only because the way that they feel the need to speak to people

DO NOT expect much for ATVing, 85% of trails are dirt firetruck roads, and asphalt roads, SHARING THEM WITH auto, trucks etc. almost ran into an 18-wheeler, logging, in 1 area. When they gave us the map & showed us all the roads NOT ATV TRAILS, we didn't want to waste our money, & said we didn't want to go, but they couldn't get hold of the owner to give us our $100 deposit back. I base my vacations around ATV rentals WITHOUT tour guides, this was our cup of tea, no tour guides, BUT... When I made the reservations for my husband & I 9 months ago they said by August we will have miles of ATV trails available, these WERE NOT traditional trails, but dirt roads used by other vehicles, not fun when you don't know if you are going to run into a car around the corners. When I talked to the owner the next day, to at least get a $100 credit because it was misrepresentation when we made the reservations, Eric said this was leaps and bounds for them, that back 9 months ago, they had nothing. MY POINT!!!! They had numerous opportunities to tell me. They were quite happy to change the reservation 3 times due to weather, because they didn't have any other reservations!!! So Erics point of, "we had this reserved, couldn't rent it out," didn't pan out, there weren't any other customers wanting to rent ATV's and we certainly didn't see ANY OTHERs out on the roads anywhere!!! He could have done the right thing & given a credit for such a miserable time, but now I will have to dispute it with my credit card company!!!

Both Eric and Debi were super friendly on the phone and in person. The snow outfits we rented from the were of super quality and very warm. The sleds were maintained well and current year. They gave us great recommendations on trails to ride and places to stop. Outstanding company that I would highly recommend!

We were in Eagle River for a short visit and decided to go out on the water. .all of the places we visited were booked. The Toy Shop had a cancellation and it was a blessing. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great time, they were so accommodating and the boat was great. The weather, water and ride was perfect. If you are going to be in the area, the chain of lakes is a great day activity. Word of advice, book in advance. I recommend the Toy Shop. Nice people

Owners made the experience even better. Very knowledgable and cared about us and our safety. They made sure our friends who never rode before were comfortable with their machine. They also have this process down! In and out with tips on where to go, what to do if broken down and who to call. No problems, new sleds and rental gear available. Great people great service!

Great experience with toy shop. Owner gave us good advice on what trails to take and where to stop. Very friendly and accommodating. Quick check out and gear rental. Sled was clean and ready. Would definitely rent from again.

Great sled sand easy rental process. They made it very easy to rent and return. I will rent from here again and I recommend to everyone.
