We camped for 3 nights at the Cox Hollow sites and our spot was great. We were near a water spout (they seemed to be spread throughout) and just a short walk to the bathrooms. The Lost Canyon/Stephens Falls trails were my favorites. Pine Cliff was a nice trail as well. We hiked out to the cave and were a... More

Loads of trails and things to see, like an old settlement. This is a beautifully kept park and it's dog friendly.

Govenor Dodge is a great place to spend a day if you like the outdoors. We did a little hiking in the morning. Trails are well groomed. We enjoyed the waterfall...Stephens Falls. There are two lakes that offer beaches. You can rent row boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, and paddle boards. There is a concession stand. Our family enjoyed a... More

We camped here recently and were thrilled with the both the natural park itself and the amenities provided within. Our campsite (at Twin Valley) was large, flat and fairly secluded....everything you want in a site. The site's restrooms were well maintained and there was a play area for kids. Do lock all your food away at night. Based on previous... More

They have a lot of different things to do. They have 3 different lakes and there are a lot of small ponds throughout the park. They also have many miles of hiking trails that make for scenic views. Lastly they have some very good fishing spots

I have been going here for years to hike, swim, and just relax on a beautiful day. I have never camped there before but I enjoy the various trails and beautiful scenery.

We love this state park. Have been visiting and camping here for many years. There is lots to do--great hiking, two nice bleachers, lots of facilities (picnic tables, shelter houses, boat rentals). There are many great camping sites for many types of camping....from tents to rv's. A couple of mentions....published camping rules need to be followed; camping restrooms got cleaned... More

Nice swimming beach with changing area and outdoor shower. Beautiful waterfall that's an easy little hike to get to. Stop and get ice cream at the concession cabin...it's huge!

two swimming lakes lots of hiking including horse trails. clean bathrooms nice sites. only complaint is goose droppings at the beach...in the sand and picnic area. wish it could have been a little more maintained. but we used both lakes, they are at the bottom of a big hill. would mind going back this was our second visit

Did not have much time at this park, but we made it to one of the trails and walked for about 30 minutes. The trees are very tall and the grassy areas had many flowers mixed in with the tall grasses. Nice lakes. I would return to this park.
