Wonderful source for THE BEST selection of quality olive oil and balsamic vinegars. They have many printed recipes if you need inspiration, and a very knowledgable staff. Definitely worth checking out. If you do, I'm sure it won't be your last visit.

I can get into serious trouble in this place-their oils and vinegars are the best, I love the mini bottle sets for gifts or just to sample new flavors. Always something new and exciting to try.

I love olive oils. And basalmics. Go in and taste to your heart's content, then ship some home! I order a lot of items online so getting quality olive oil and basalmics this way (after tasting them!) is great! For yourself or as a gift for the cooks you love.

As I've tried to clean up some of my and my family's eating and let the simple flavors of fresh foods come through, I was open to experimenting with oils and vinegars. I wandered in to Oliva Di Vita in quaint, downtown Delafield, not knowing what to expect. I, and my two sons, spent the next 25 minutes sampling olive oils and vinegars, like nearly 50-60?, of various flavors and varieties. I couldn't believe the difference in flavor of their quality vs even the top-shelf stuff I'd spring for occasionally from high-end markets. Oliva Di Vita's offerings topped ALL of it! My new favorite pairing is blood orange olive oil and cranberry-pear balsamic vinegar. Drizzled over a salad of fresh greens, mandarin orange slices, craisins, almond slivers, gorgonzola cheese, and grape tomatoes is so fresh, light, and positively delicious! Their balsamic vinegar is better than nearly any other balsamic I've ever had. My 14 year-old loves it and one of their medium-robust olive oils with fresh baguette slices. I've sent many gifts from this place, and have turned a number of folks, including NYC relatives, onto it!…
