This is a beautiful winery. Wonderful sustainable practices and lovely architecture. Magdalena, our host, was very generous with her time and was incredibly knowledgeable. Appreciated learning about Carmenere and enjoyed the tasting. Would definitely return!

There are many wineries people visit..and say “nice” and forget them as they move on.
THIS will not be one of them.
We were lucky to have a small group tour of a wonderful winery with stunning architecture. Learned about production, “eggs”, and tasted some great wines while in their cellar. Did a barrel tasting, too. Had some Cot, as they call Malbec, as well as the other red grapes of Chile.
The prices,if you want to buy a bottle, are very good also.
We had a wonderful tour, and if you get to go there....it’s worth the effort.

This was the best vineyard visit that my wife and I have ever had in either California or Chile. This is a boutique winery that specializes in red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Cot, and several blends. These are very affordable wines with great taste.
The winery buildings architecture is spectacular, nothing like you have ever seen. The processing of the grapes and wines inside are done meticulously.

Great tour of the vineyards, wine production facility and cellars. The buildings are architecturally stunning and the production methods range from traditional to avante garde. The wine is good. A morning well spent!

Perhaps the single best winery tour we have ever done. This winery is so absolutely fascinating. The boutique nature of the tour and the wonderful knowledge of our guide and host was outstanding. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. The best of the best. Gracias.

Wines and Barrels organized a day of wine tours and tastings for me, which fortunately included Perez Cruz--the area was gorgeous and the tour of the grounds and facilities really interesting. I have to say, however, that I was most excited about doing a barrel tasting that allowed you to taste the difference between wine aging in French vs American oak barrels. This was something I've wanted to do for a long time. Afterwards I was able try three of their wines. Happy I visited!

Perez Cruz is a nice stop on any wine tour in the Maputo Valley. The wines are very good, the architecture of the buildings and accompanying story of the family is intriguing, and the tour is thorough.
The wines come in approximately 3 categories of quality.
The downside is that the tasting room is small, and the wines you are offered are from their average category. If you are interested in buying a premium wine that you might not find on store shelves across North America, you will have to take their word for it. No tastings of the good stuff, or at least not on my visit.

Really enjoyed this winery, my friends and I did a tour and tasting. Maria was our guide and she was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Great wine and during the tour you try wine right out of the barrels so you can taste the difference between the French and American oak.

We visited this winery on a holiday and ended up having a private tour. It is a beautiful location with amazing photo opportunities. The wine was excellent as well and our guide was knowledgeable and made our tour a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend this winery for a tour & wine tasting!

This small winery is very modern. Our guide was super informative and took us on a lengthy tour. After this tour we really felt we had a handle on wine making. Maria was great!

Gostaria de saber como chegar a vinícola Perez Cruz, eu e meu esposo, só podemos ficar um dia, gostaríamos de dormir uma noite e retornar no outro dia cedo.

Ola Regina, nós fomos até lá e voltamos em uma manhã! Alugamos um carro em Santiago no dia anterior e saímos cedo de lá até o local da vinícola! Não é tão longe assim! Quando acabou a visita, voltamos e aproveitamos a tarde ainda!
