We did a 4-hour trip out to the limestone caves off Meyers Beach. I called the day ahead of time to see if we could reschedule because it looked like the weather wouldn't be good for our morning trip. They were more than happy to reschedule us twice and we ended up going on a 4 pm trip the day... More

Thank you Katydog. I'm glad that you enjoyed your trip and that the reschedule worked out for you. So everyone in TripAdvisor land knows, if the weather looks less than pleasant we will do our best to call ahead and reschedule you if we have the option, however rescheduling is not always possible and we do still send trips out... A little confusing where GPS was taking us (Roman's point), but once we got there, and started the Kayak tour, it was unbelievably beautiful and serene. I would suggest the evening tour, as the temps are cooler, as well as the water. The Scenery was awesome, and the 2 sightings of the Bald Eagles in the trees was truly breathtaking.... More

Our group of 4 all enjoyed this kayak tour. First timers for some of us, and this was a great place to try it. Beautiful scenery, knowledgable guide, we loved it!

My kayaking trip was an ambitious 4 day overnighter from York to Devil's to Sand islands with a group of novice paddling friends. We rented one fiberglass tandem and 1 solo kayak from Lost Creek Adventures and had the boats shuttled to and from Little Sand Bay. My experiences with Lost Creek, from my first phone call to the final... More

Our group of friends had an extremely positive experience kayaking out to Sand Island with our highly competent guides Elliot and Alec. Both were very knowledgeable about the history of the area, techniques to help us kayak efficiently, and outdoor safety. We were fortunate enough to have a perfect weather day, and were able to explore the sea caves, paddle... More

Being very limited in our kayaking experiences I was a little nervous but the guides gave a great tutorial. LOVED kayaking through the caves and cant wait to come back in the winter to try walking to them! Photos dont do the sea caves justice

Had fun SUP on Lake Superior. Lost Creek was nice and close to the lake. They were very busy when we were there, so had to wait awile to get our boards. Once the gal was able to help us she was very friendly and nice.

Hi Staci, Thank you for your review. We do have occasional busy times when it seems everyone calls at the same time while a trip is going out and someone wants to rent at the same time. We appreciate your patience and for sticking with it. Yesterday was some great paddling indeed! We were out on the water until 8pm... More

Lost Creek is the closest outfitter to the Myers Beach launch site to the Sea Caves. We had a great 4pm afternoon kayak to the caves, our guide Nick was awesome. Initially thought it would a "light" kayak adventure, but it was a fairly long but also amazing 3 hour paddle adventure.

We were on vacation with a bunch of friends in the Bayfield area and wanted to kayak through the Apostle Island caves. Lost Creek Adventures managed to fit our group in the same day on different tours. They provided transportation all the equipment needed for the trip. Aaron and Alyssa were great guides from the instruction to not leaving anyone... More

We booked a tour to the sea caves off of Meyers Beach a few summers ago with our 3 teenagers. The guides were very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating and the equipment top notch. We did not feel like one of the cattle being herded through another tour. As the beach instruction started, the guides were fun and sociable, but still... More
