The park actually has two bridges over Cedar Creek and is a short drive from West Bend, Cedarburg, or Port Washington. The covered bridge is a beautiful structure that provides a shelter from the hot sun, rain, or cold depending on the weather and time of year. The park is also a great place to picnic and offers great opportunities to walk along Cedar Creek from either side. Great Blue Herons and other birds often visit the park as well. It is a very popular place for wedding and family photos.

I stopped at the Covered Bridge Park on a daytrip to Cedarburg. It was a beautiful day in September, and I walked the little loop trail from the parking lot to and through the historical covered bridge. The bridge crosses over Cedar Creek, and the County has made a lovely park in the surroundings. In fact, there is another pedestrian bridge crossing the creek in the loop trail. This is a nice park for a picnic, otherwise, it would be a pretty short but still nice visit.

The bridge is located in a beautiful park. Great place to take a picnic lunch and sit by the river and enjoy the quiet.

This is one of the few covered bridges in Wisconsin. Next to a very scenic park. Just a short drive outside of Grafton.

Went here in a freezing cold day. We will definitely come back when the weather is tolerable. Nice little park next to the bridge. Great photo opportunity.

Always pay a visit to the Covered Bridge when in town. My husband and I carved our initials in when we were dating and go back and find that spot every time and take pictures! It's set on a picturesque little park with river.

If you like historical sites, this is a rarity. It’s the only one left in Wisconsin. Built in 1870’s. Surrounding park is nice area to visit.

Take a ride through the countryside to see this bit of history. This is a lovely place for photos and to take a step back in time, go for a walk or just relax. The park has nice walk ways and shady areas.

I would recommend, for just about anyone, a trip just outside of downtown Cedarburg to visit this site. Great place to let children run and explore. Very easy, short walking paths for older folks. Take a few minutes to enjoy this historical site and park.

Only a few minutes out of town and easy to find, the bridge was neat to see. There’s a small plaque describing the history behind it. You do not drive over it, but we walked through more than once. Something fun to see if you have a few extra minutes. Is located in a small park on the river, and would be a great place to grab some food and sit down and have a picnic. I do not recall seeing bathroom facilities, so keep that in mind. I did take photos, but was unable to access these via the app.
