Cedar Creek Winery in Cedarburg WI is one of many business located in a historic woolen mill! The mill has been converted to many little shoppets that offer a wide range of goods from fudge to just plain fun. The Winery is the anchor though offering a a nice assortment of their wines, some featuring their hybrid red grapes grown... More

We went into this place but didn’t do the wine tasting as there was only one person at tasting bar and he was busy. No one acknowledged us in either the tasting room or gift shop. We intended on doing tasting but decided not to as it looked like it would take more time than we had. It is a... More

Visited this winery over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. It's location is great with other unique shops nearby. Our tour guide Becky was fantastic. She was very knowledgable and seemed passionate about the winery's history. This is the sister winery of Wollersheim located in Prairie du Sac. If you are a building history buff, then you will love the... More

A fun day trip from Chicago to Cedarburg, WI! You must make time for the Cedar Creek Winery tour. We have been on winery tours before but this was the most informative guide through the small winery and the wine tasting was just as informative. Delicious wines produce right here in this region of Wisconsin.

This hidden gem is a branch of the Wollersheim winery in Madison located in a former wool factory in Cedarburg. The tours and wine tasting is always great fun to see how the grapes are crush and the wine rectified. There are also interesting local shops along a four block walk that is well worth the visit.

We had been here before so we thought we knew what to expect, we had out of town friends along. Wrong! The guide only knew what he read in his manual! Not much after that. It is his summer job. I'll bet he's never had ten sips of wine outside the winery and if he did he did not show... More
