Interesting shops

There are speciality shops here. Something for everyone. I mostly broused and did find a few items that I bought

Many different little shops inside this area. Nice items but nothing out of the ordinary. Lots of different levels with uneven wooden steps.

This is a three story building with winery and shops on the bottom and offices and such on the upper floors. The shops are clothing and accessories. We really liked seeing an old building with history made useful rather than tearing it down.

We like to check out antique/collectable shops, so this was a good choice. There are several in the building worth visiting. Only problem is the narrow and steep staircases. The public restrooms also leave something to be desire. We found a few items and enjoyed chatting with the various shopkeepers.

Being somewhat local, we tend to drift to Cedarburg for most of the local festivities including strawberry fest and wine & harvest fest. The Cedarburg settlement is a MUST go for us. During festivals they have some of the best food and music! The anvil is a wonderful place to eat at. Best tomato basil soup I've ever had! So... More

The entire Cedar Creek Settlement has many shops to offer much to the consumer/visitor in Cedarburg. The Anvil Restaurant is a great place to take a break and the Winery tour is a wonderful relaxing way to enjoy a visit.

We bought some wine from the most helpful person. We stayed at the Washington House Inn and they served this wine at the social hour there and liked it very much. We did some additional tasting and bought 2 other flavors on top of the ones we had come for. The offered to keep it there along with a variety... More

Enjoyed all the shops! Didn't do the winery tour this time. They have patio restaurant overlooking the mill area. Very pretty grounds.

This winery is tucked in an old stone mill along a river. The wines are very good. You can taste 4 wines for free. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. If you love wine it is a must stop.

The Settlement is in a very easy to reach part of Cedarburg. It has ample parking nearby and along the streets close to it. The shops are filled with new and old. Antiques, candies, dresses, suits, vintage clothes, Christmas items and good food. The Cedar Creek winery serves this site well and the tour will amaze you with the history... More
