Another beautiful Wisconsin park. Loved the views but the trails could have been better marked. Lots of stairs on some of the trails and they aren't even, so be careful if you have leg problems of any sort.

In order to try to beat the heat, we arrived at 7:30 to hike. The park attendant was very polite and pointed us towards the pool area to park and start hiking. We seemed to have the trails to ourselves. The main trails are wide,...More

Didn't have a ton of time to spend there but really enjoyed the view from the towers. Definitely can see for miles. Would love to go back during fall colors.

Made our first visit to the park for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The trails were in great condition and the warming house was nice and big. I will be back for sure.

A beautiful park, and our kids enjoyed the pool, despite the rain, during our stay, but I was really surprised at the small size of our site, even as a tent-camper, and how much you could hear the road traffic, all night long. We stayed...More

The state park was well maintained. The trails were groomed and provided beautiful outlooks. The best was the weeping rock trail that took you through a valley near a stream. We camped for two nights. Although it was just my husband and me, the park...More

The updated pool area is amazing! The towers are great for looking out, and there's plenty of trails and area to hang out and enjoy the day.

Spent four nights camping in our RV, and enjoyed the quiet natural beauty. Not all sites have electric so be sure when you reserve your site and don't forget to factor in your annual WI State Park Pass ($28 resident $38 non-resident). Enjoy nature at...More
