I doubt that you could rent the entire beach for a day. This is a very busy place on weekends and throughout the summer. There is a small pavilion, but it's not fancy and I don't think it would lend itself very well to a large group gathering. Also, keep in mind that there is sand everywhere. If you really want to pursue this, you would need to contact the Jackson County (WI) Parks Department.
