I was at Door County Brewing Company in Baileys Harbor on a Tuesday evening following a long day at Whitefish Dunes State Park. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, and everything was great! I would highly recommend! It was not super busy on a Tuesday evening, and I enjoyed a couple glasses of their unique beers. The Vacationland variety was very refreshing. The food truck next door is a nice touch, too, and I had delicious BBQ pork mac & cheese for dinner. The service there was quick, and the food was very good, with a good portion size. There was plenty of seating available, too--picnic tables with a view of the lake from across the street, benches, rockers on the porch/front deck, tables out back in the beer garden, etc. This was a great way to wind down my day in the Baileys Harbor area, and it is a very casual/relaxed atmosphere. I would return and recommend, and there are lots of breweries, wineries, and distilleries to try in Door County. A beautiful evening to sit outside to eat and enjoy beer!

We stopped in for a quick lunch, and ordered a take-out nacho box.
The facility is a large open area, suited for a large number of people to drink, interact and/or listen to music. Due to the time of year (last week of March) and covid restrictions, the space felt somewhat cavernous and uninviting (again, not the fault of the establishment itself).
Anyway, the nachos were decent; and were an amply portioned and satisfying enough meal.

Great beer and really the only true brewery specializing in craft beer on the peninsula. They have a food truck option next door which looked good by we never tried. The indoor facility and grounds were great to sit and socialize by the fires and enjoy a good selection of beer and seltzer options. They do have occasional live music but we were there early in week.

Stopped for lunch and a beer. The food was great. It is served out of a shed outside the main building. It was quick and very good. Had the pork, beans and corn bread meal. Reasonable priced. The food servers made the experience a lot of fun. The beer is served out of the large Brewery building. Nice selection. We ate outside at a table. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Went in to get a beer with my wife on a Monday afternoon. There were 3 customers in the bar area without masks and there were no signs asking people to wear masks. As we approached the bar we asked the bartenders if they wanted us to wear a mask. They said we would appreciate it. That is fine, we put on our masks. We asked the bartender if they had an apple ale. The bartender said our beer choices are listed on the board. As we were reviewing that they mentioned that they have a large food selection outside in another building. My wife asking asked for a soda, the bartender asked if she wanted a glass. She put a cup on the counter with an attitude when she said yes. Not a real good experience.

Door co is over the top with their virus protocols. That being said, this place is even more so. We actually had to try our flight outside in 20 degree weather because the inside reached its maximum limit as we were standing in line. Honestly the place was filled and people were standing very close so we didn’t get that one. Maybe tell someone that they have to drink their beer outside before selling it to them? Shoot, they weren’t really remarkable anyway and two of them taste like onions. Maybe that’s some kind of disinfectant brew....

Stopped here for an afternoon libation. They have a large beer menu with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. No food so we ordered sandwiches from a local restaurant and enjoyed those with our beer seated outside at a picnic table in the shade. There is a small store inside and we left with a few six packs.

They have a nice variety of craft beers. Stopped there on a warm, sunny Sunday afternoon and sat outside at a picnic table and tasted a couple different beers. All four in our group found one we really liked. No food here. There was a stage for live music, but no one was performing on Sunday afternoon. They have a gift shop with some fun t-shirts, etc. A little expensive for Wisconsin beer: $7-9 for a 16-ounce glass.

Extremely friendly atmosphere and great conversation. Kid friendly AND dog friendly…snacks and root beers for the kids and homemade dog treats by the head brewers. Nice outdoor seating with bonfire pits and good music. Been coming to DC for 12 years and this is a great laid back spot to enjoy a few and just relax.

The January Saturday afternoon at DCB was the hi-light of our girls’ winter weekend in Door County. Great selection of beer - something for everyone! Mike, John and the staff provided great service. Chicago Mule performed some awesome live music. Best afternoon with good friends. Took home some beer and lots of memories. Definitely our 1st annual trip… we will be back!
