AMAZING, I LOVED IT! Toms burned down cafe is pretty cool, and it has some great quotes! There is a gyro food truck, and that was delicious.

My gf and I went to Madeline Island the week before Memorial Day so we beat the tourists. We took our vehicle over on the ferry (which was a good choice and we recommend just paying to take your car over). It costs us $53...More

Camped up here for a getaway weekend. Cute little island, though you need a ferry to get over here from Bayfield. We left our car and took our bikes so it would be easier to get around. Fun trip.

Beautiful! The ferry is ridiculously expensive but this review is for the island. Don't miss town park, we almost did because of the name. It was the highlight. All of N Shore Drive is gravel and pitted. We made it through unscathed but wouldn't pursue...More

We visited this on Labor day weekend, and while you would think that would be busy, it wasn't. It had a quiet peacefulness that is hard to find on most islands. The beach was uncrowded, and the trails are well built. We decided to drive...More
