This is the home of the Local Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau. A must stop for visitors to Mingo County WV.

First of all, I want to thank the people at the Coal House. The attention and explanations about the places are perfect. Very polite and kind. A great place to learn about the mine of coal, miners. Information about Hatfield & McCoy

This house was built by 63 tons of coal. Tourism brochures and chamber of commerce. Indian statute outside in a fountain.

Very informative staff,very well preserved,great photo ops.Adjacent fountain a great tribute to Native Indian Culture.Would be great if spear would be added back to original statue.Well worth a visit.

This building is made out of 100 percent coal. It is located in a great little town full of friendly people. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable able the area.
