Nice little plot of land with a few sculptures. the main one is of the elephant. This place is next to the waterfront. Nice place to visit if you're in the area. Nice area to walk around and part of the trail system.

I thought the garden was very well kept and the sculptures interesting. Walking along the river was very nice.

This area is near the suspension bridge and riverfront. I didn't see much more than the elephant in this garden, but it was a nice elephant.

the riverside location can be a great view and calming. trash and debris left after high water can mitigate the beauty. The sculpture garden part is really just emerging. So do not expect a lot of public art. all in all- nice. Not a destination...yet.

An odd find in a dying town. Adjacent to the Wharf. Worth a stop for a few snaps, especially if you like selfies with elephants!

Located right on the banks of the Ohio River by downtown this place is beautiful, relaxing and very family friendly. A great number of free concerts and events take place here during the Summer like The Italian Festival, Regattas,Blues Festival and many more.

Yes. It's not really a park as much as simply a square between the street/sidewalk and a walking path by the water, and along the walking path. There were no signs restricting dog walking.
