It is a Beautiful building and the fact that it was the first capital is cool. We walked through and it is very well preserved and educational. Well worth seeing if you have some time in the area.

Civil War History. When West Virginia separated from Virginia, Wheeling became its first State Capital. Thiswell restored building was its Capitol Building. You can walk through the building. If you are a history buff, you should enjoy a visit.

Not much to see. Its a business now so you only get to read the plaque outside and see the exterior of the building.
