So tonight’s game was bring your puppy to a hockey game! We don’t have a dog but we loved it. The dogs that were in attendance were all in one area of the arena, and from what we could tell they were well behaved.

We are used to NHL hockey arenas, so this was a big change for us. We sat next to a few season ticket holders that were very passionate and supportive of their team so that was cool to see.

The arena had plenty of food and drink options. I enjoyed the fact that they have a lot of local sports history memorabilia in cases through out the concourse including high schools around the area and professional and Olympic athletes. It was a nice touch to show their appreciation to the local community.

We were told that the seats were recently replaced and they were in pretty good shape and comfortable. There really is not a bad view for hockey in the building.

Parking is readily available in the garage across the street for 5 bucks and there is plenty of other parking around.

When Nailers score, the place gets loud!

Definitely good for families or folks new to hockey.

Decent arena with adequate concessions, bathrooms and layout. Saw a Nailers hockey game. Decent job of entertaining you other than the game, which is needed given where the team is in the standings. Adequate parking across street for $5.

Recommend free WIFI for guests.

If you are looking for a great place to watch a hockey game then don't miss WesBanco Arena. It is an intimate yet large enough arena to watch good hockey and have the amenities of a larger facility. This is great venue to also see concerts.

We were so afraid of being mugged, we left quick. Lots of sketchy looking people hanging around & several needles laying in the gutter of the street. Town stinks like a combo of raw sewage & sulfer. Nothing like it used to be.

It sits in a primary location in Wheeling and fails to provide any significant programming aside from hockey. Yearly monster truck, toughman contest, etc aren't enough. WHY major concerts aren't booked is a mystery. Could be a great boost to downtown but instead it sits vacant most of the year.

This arena is a Grand Old Lady with some new lipstick. The arena has been modernized over the last few years. I'm looking forward to getting back to Wheeling to see the completion of the arena front. I'll guess this arena will compare favorably with any ECHL arena. Staff is friendly. The Nailers organization almost brought a championship to Wheeling last season. That's a wonderful for a small market team. History of local sports is displayed all around the arena including well known players like Jerry West. Say hello to the team shop guy, "a great guy". On paper it was a good idea to bring in local restaurants to run the concessions last season. It's not working for us. We prefer the previous arena food and prices. We go to hockey games in 5 different arenas, 58 games last year. This is our favorite place to see games even though it's our longest drive.

Drove up from Texas to watch the Allen Americans and the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL Kelly Cup Championship series.

Found the arena easy to get to with plenty of parking. People (except for two) were super nice and great ambassadors of West Virginia and of hockey.

Pre game activities included free burgers and hot dogs, reduced prices beers, a band, and Mr. Patrick Kelly with the Kelly Cup! Wow!!

Seating was great and perfect for hockey.

Concessions were a plenty with this neat bar area in the lower level (locals guided us to it).

Getting out of the parking lot was a bit slow. Did not see any police helping with traffic but they were probably there.

All in all. Great venue, really great people, and a fun hockey game.

I have attended several hockey games here for the Wheeling Nailers. Staff is mostly great, and food is good. A good time, every time!
