This place is really neat. They have a nice outdoor place that’s enclosed to keep in the heat and a fireplace that was going. I only gave it four stars because the person doing the tasting was not very nice. She was talking about the blended wines and then I asked what the blend was and she said blended in a condescending tone. I didn’t appreciate that. The owner was really great and she showed us the new area that is going to hold weddings.

We couldn't visit long because my family was starving and this establishment doesn't serve food. Some of the pictures show pizza, but that is only on Wednesday - I was told. I only tried two wines - but they were both tasty. I bought a bottle of Zinfandel. This place would be perfect for weddings because it is beautiful. If you are traveling through and enjoy sampling wine, i recommend it.

Very nice and pretty winery. Disappointed that they charge $5 to taste 5 wines. Visited two other WV wineries the same day that didn’t charge for tastings, therefore we only purchased 3 wines at Lambert’s compared to a case at the other two wineries that didn’t charge for tasting. It showed us that Lambert’s is very commercialized and less customer service oriented compared to other WV small business wine operations.
