The Rehoboth Church reminded me of the faith of our founding fathers. I almost got chills when I considered the dedication to Christ of those who built this church. I think it is a must see for adults and a very must see for children.

Off the beaten path but worth the drive a little, outside of Union, WV. But so worth the visit. Built down in a dip in the mountains in 1784, it is a real log building. This place is beautiful. There is a museum with artifacts found around the church. Nice place to be able to pack a picnic and sit and eat. Farmland around which makes it peaceful.

Very nice small museum - new, very friendly minister-caretaker. Has a picnic shelter that is very comfortable for groups. Old church well worth a tour!

We were on a group tour with Road Scholar and stopped here for a picnic lunch and local speakers. A Methodist minister lives on the grounds and serves three local churches. The old church is still there from the 1700's along with a museum. The land is a holler between a horse farm and a cattle farm. Very peaceful. It... More
