This lake is quite pretty. The chair lifts take you right down to the bottom where the Boathouse is. Nice deck overlooking the lake here. The lake has all sorts of activities and a nice sand beach. Kayaks and peddleboats here. The hiking path is...More

We drove to the lake - a bit of a dusty road, but nothing crazy. The lake/swimming area that is roped off is pretty small, but there is a huge area with inflatables that looked super fun. The "beach" area was quiet and thankfully not...More

Good for kids, nice lake, could use a walkway around the lake. I liked the hammocks under the shade trees. if you don't take the lift down to the lake your car will be covered with dust from the gravel road.

They have all kind of water sports at the lake, canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a family friendly water confidence course.

Take the time to ride down the mountain, its a beautiful view from all lifts ... The lake at the bottom is a nice place to eat or have a cold drink

The lift ride is really nice and peaceful - definitely a "must do." What's nice is you can keep taking it if you'd like. The lake is your typical mountain lake with "brown" water. Some recreational items and a relatively small beach. The lift is...More

This is a must do if you are in the village! We could see for miles and even passed over a momma deer with her twins. It's a little pricey but WELL worth it!

We all traveled from the top to the lake below. Some folks in our group had never been on a chair lift. Staff were great.

The cost of the lift is included in either a day pass (I do not know what that is) or, if you are staying at the resort, they charge a resort fee per day - the lift is included in that. Not sure what it is in September, our... More
