We had a great tour guide. I think her name was Hannah. She told us lots of interesting facts and stories about the caverns. There were some noisy kids on the tour and she didn't let that get to her. I enjoyed the caverns but they weren't my favorite. I've been to Luray, Skyline and Shenandoah caverns and felt there... More

I've been here twice and found it to be a nice aversion to the day's activities. The last time was on a motorcycle ride through the area and it was a nice way to spend an hour. They also have a nice gift shop. If you have a little time stop by, you'll enjoy it.

Thank you for your kind remarks. We have lots of new plans for 2017!! Plan to stop back. The shop usually goes thru three display changes a year. More

My friend and I stopped here after a trip to Seneca Rocks and was glad we did! It's a cool place both. No like cooler, so bring a jacket, but beautiful and a bit educational. We had an awesome tour guide who made us laugh the entire walk! Definitely stop in if you are over that way!

Smoke Hole Caverns is a great place to visit! There are many interesting rock formations and there is even an underground lake. We enjoyed the tour very much.

The tour guide was fantastic and funny. I am slightly clostrophobic so I was extremely nervous before the tour. I felt much better when we went inside. It's not tight like I envisioned. It was cool and mostly spacious. Once the tour started I didn't think of anything else. Word to the wise, keep your hard hat on. While laughing... More

My family and I took a tour of the caverns recently and we all really enjoyed ourselves! We had a large group with young children, teenagers, and the adults. Everyone had a great time! The tour guide was very informative and gave us lots of fun info on the caverns and their history. The huge gift shop there is an... More

Nice attraction. The caverns are worth a stop. Golden and rainbow trout pond inside of caverns. Only issue was the cursing ladies in the kitchen area of the gift shop. minus one star.

A nice guy named Brett checked us into our motel room, Brett was very polite and helpful from the time we got there to the time we left! The motel was adorable and VERY clean. We went on the 10 am tour which was perfect. It was... More

We took our grandkids, age 8 and 11. They really enjoyed the cave and especially the stories the tour guide Taya told us. Their were several impressive formations and even an underground lake with trout. The caves were extremely wet so be prepared to be "kissed" by the cave. We ate in the little cafe in the gift shop and... More
