Very informative and friendly. A must before climbing up to the top. View is exquisite. On a hot day you might take a water bottle

A beautiful view of Seneca Rocks with lots of interesting things to see and read inside the facility. Loved the telescope out back, too! We were able to see rock climbers way up on the peak.

The center offers a gift shop and a topical map of the area which I found very interesting and helpful. Great place for photos of Seneca Rocks and to relax a bit while learning a few things. Must stop by if your in the area

They had a gift shop inside, a replica of Seneca Rocks, they had live music, they let you bring your pets inside (huge plus), they had a display of rock climbing history and even wildlife displays. Outside was trails, which I didn't take, so I can't talk about those. However, it is a great viewing area to see Seneca Rocks... More

We stopped here on our way home from vacation in West Virginia. The Discovery Center has a nice gift shop, and an outdoor observation area where you get a nice open view of Seneca Rocks. They have a set of binoculars so you can get a better view of the rocks. With the binoculars, we were able to see climbers... More

The visitor center is very nice, informative and you can hike up to the observation platform from there, just get a map from the visitor center first so you can follow it as the trail doesn't have signs.

The visitors center had a 15 minute movie that talked of when soldiers trained during WWII. The grounds are nice as the is the view of the rocks. If you plan on hiking to the observation platform get a map in the discovery center, as once you start on the trail there is no markings as to which way to... More

We stopped by here because thats what everyone recommended. The parking is a little far away from the building. We park, walk all the way to the door, to be met by a guy who says they're closed due to a bird being in the building. Wish they would have put p a sign or something.

Had a children's play area and a wonderful display of how rock climbing has developed and was used to train WW ll soldiers for rock assaults.
