We enjoyed a short stroll through the park and loved the view of the river and the boats. My children enjoyed the walk, and we were able to see some of the history of the area.

Hi! It's pretty much just a beautiful plot of land on the river(s) so I would think you can go anytime. It doesn't have a gate or admission area. Hope that helps!
